Thank you for your interest in the CHARGED Up Scholarship. We’re excited to learn more about you, your goals, and how this scholarship can support your academic journey. Please carefully review the requirements below and ensure all materials are submitted through the online application portal. Incomplete applications may not be considered!

1. Application Sections

   Completion of both Section One and Section Two of the online application.

   
   

2. Letters of Recommendation

   Two letters of recommendation: one from a teacher and one from a mentor, coach, counselor, or community leader. Each letter must be signed and include the recommender’s contact information.

   
   

3. High School Transcript

   A copy of your high school transcript uploaded as a PDF or clear scanned document.

   
   

4. Essay Submission

   Essays must be three pages in length, typed, double-spaced, using Times New Roman font, 12-point font, and 1-inch margins. The three pages do not include the cover page.

   
   

5. Recent Photograph

   A recent photo uploaded with your application.
